Refund policy

We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase but for any reason if you’re not, we will gladly accept your online return subject to the following conditions: 

Online Returns

Inspect your item as soon as it arrives.  Any damages must be reported to info@cjtrinitycreations.com within 48 hours of receipt of item including pictures of the damage.

All requests for a return or exchange for any reason must be made to info@cjtrinitycreations.com within 5 days of receipt of item. 

Items must be shipped back to us within 2 days after we have advised you to ship it back to us.  You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item including any applicable duties, taxes and fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Returned items must be in like-new condition (except for damage claims) and include original packaging.

If you are approved for refund, your refund will be processed back to the original form of payment. Please allow 7 to 14 days for the credit to appear.

Cancellation Requests

Requests for cancellations must be submitted to info@cjtrinitycreations.com within 24 hours of order placement.

Late or Missing Refunds  
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items, earrings, custom orders and specimens are not eligible for returns

In Store Refund Policy

We will gladly exchange or issue a merchandise credit only within 14 days of in-store purchase with the following conditons:

  • Merchandise must not be worn or damaged.
  • All original tags must be attached & accompanied by a valid receipt.  
  • Repairs or resizing accepted within 30 days with receipt.
  • We are unable to provide return/exchanges on gemstone specimens, altered items, custom orders and earrings.
