Shipping policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at CJ Trinity Creations. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment Processing Times
All orders are processed within 5 business days unless it is a custom order which can take up to 2 weeks. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
All orders are shipped from Canada and processed through Canada Post. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and do not include any duty, customs or import fees or taxes for international shipments. Buyer is solely responsible for any additional fees for international orders.
Standard Shipping Times
Within Canada standard shipping time for Canada Post is 2 to 7 business days
Within the continental US, standard shipping for Canada Post time is 7 to 14 business days
All other regions please allow up to 28 business days for delivery
Expedited Shipping Times
Within Canada expedited shipping time is 1 business day for the Greater Toronto Area and up to 5 days for the rest of Canada
Within the continental US, standard shipping time is 4 to 10 days
Expedited Shipping is not available for international shipments
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
CJ Trinity Creations is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
CJ Trinity Creations is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your parcel arrives damaged, please see Warranty section for further instructions. Please save all packaging materials and item.
